How delivery works at Walt Disney World

Disney's policy is that outside vendors meet guests in person, so at every Disney-operated resort our driver meets you outside the lobby at your chosen appointment time, for both delivery and return. If you opted in to text updates, the driver texts you before the appointment to confirm; otherwise we call you. If your plans move, text us at 800-281-0884 and we will adjust the time.

At the hotels around Walt Disney World that Disney does not operate (the Swan and Dolphin, the Lake Buena Vista hotels and the Kissimmee resorts) there is no meetup. The stroller is ready for you at the bell desk in the main lobby by the time you select, and you return it to the same bell desk on your last day.

Staying in a vacation home or Airbnb? We leave the stroller outside the front door like a package and you leave it there for us on your return day. You can also collect from our store in Kissimmee, or pick up at our counter at Orlando International Airport on the way in. The exact instructions for your location appear in the booking flow as you book.

Disney park stroller rules to know before you go

Disney sets size requirements for strollers in its parks and every stroller in our fleet meets them, singles and doubles alike. A few habits make the day go smoothly once you are inside.

  • Park the stroller in the designated stroller parking areas, never in a walkway or queue.
  • Set the brake every time you stop, even for a minute.
  • Take all personal belongings with you when you leave the stroller parked.
  • Always buckle your child in with the safety straps and follow the posted ride restrictions.
  • For extra peace of mind you can pop off one rear wheel with the button on the side of the hub. It takes seconds and makes the stroller useless to anyone else.
  • Fold the stroller before boarding a Disney bus or the monorail. Ours fold quickly.

A stroller for all four parks and Disney Springs

At Magic Kingdom the stroller carries a tired toddler from Adventureland to Tomorrowland and gives them a place to nap before the fireworks. EPCOT's World Showcase is a long loop in full sun, so the canopy and the under-seat basket earn their keep. Hollywood Studios and Animal Kingdom both have long stretches between lands, and Animal Kingdom's trails are where the bigger wheels on our BOB and Strolee models make a real difference.

Keep it for the non-park days too. Disney Springs, the resort pools and a run to the grocery store are all easier with a seat and a basket on wheels, and because the stroller stays with you for the whole trip there is no daily rental line.

Do your strollers meet Disney's size requirements?

Yes. Every single and double stroller we rent meets Disney's theme park size requirements, so you can walk straight into Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Hollywood Studios and Animal Kingdom with it.

How do I get the stroller if I am staying at a Disney resort?

Disney requires outside vendors to meet guests in person, so our driver meets you outside your resort lobby at the appointment time you choose. If you opted in to text updates, the driver texts you beforehand to confirm; otherwise we call you. Returns work the same way.

What if my hotel is near Disney but not run by Disney?

There is no meetup. We drop the stroller at the bell desk in the main lobby by the time you select, and on your last day you hand it back to the same bell desk. You never have to wait for a driver.

Will the stroller fold for Disney buses and the monorail?

Yes. All of our strollers fold to ride Disney transportation. Fold it before you board, keep your belongings with you, and unfold it at the stop.

Is delivery to Walt Disney World really free?

Yes. Delivery and pickup to Disney resorts, the surrounding hotels and Kissimmee and Lake Buena Vista vacation homes are included in the price. Your rental is one flat total for the whole trip, not a nightly charge, and the price on each stroller page is the starting total.

What is included with a Disney stroller rental?

A cooler, a cup holder and a rain cover come free with every stroller. Optional rental insurance can be added at checkout.

Can I rent a stroller for Disney on the same day?

Often, yes, but same-day rentals are only arranged by text. Message 800-281-0884 with your resort and dates and we will confirm what is available. Online booking is for future dates.

Should I rent a single or a double for Disney?

One child under the seat weight limit: a single. Two children, or one child who will want to ride and a bag of park gear: a double. Our doubles still fit Disney's size limit and fold for the buses.
