Accessibility Statement

We want every family to be able to book a stroller here, including those using a screen reader, keyboard navigation, magnification, or voice control.

Standard we aim for

We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA: the benchmark used under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) for public-facing websites.

What we've done

• A "skip to main content" link so keyboard users can bypass the navigation.
• The whole booking flow works by keyboard: the booking window takes focus when it opens, keeps Tab inside it, closes with Esc, and returns focus where you left off.
• Text and buttons meet the 4.5:1 contrast minimum (3:1 for large text).
• Every image has alternative text; decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
• Headings run in a logical order, and page regions are marked up as landmarks.
• All form fields have visible, programmatically associated labels, and errors are described in text rather than by color alone.
• Animation is reduced automatically if your device asks for less motion.

Known limitations

Two parts of the booking flow are supplied by third parties, so their accessibility is partly outside our control:

• The PayPal payment step renders inside PayPal's own frame. If you have trouble with it, call us and we will take the booking and payment over the phone.
• The chat assistant is a convenience, never the only way to do anything. Everything it offers can be done through the normal booking pages or by phone.

We test with keyboard navigation and automated checks. We have not yet completed a full audit with every assistive technology, so if something does not work for you, we want to hear about it.
