100000% recommend using Orlando Stroller Company. We were Disney First Timers this past week. We rented a double stroller for our 5 year old and 15 month old. We chose to pick our stroller rental up at the airport. I received a text the morning of our flight letting me know where the stroller would be, what was included, and where to return it. The stroller was there waiting for us when our flight landed. It was absolutely perfect for our needs for the week. When our MEARS bus never came to get us I called in and let them know our return would be late and they communicated right away with me that it wouldn’t be a problem. We dropped it back off right where we picked it up. I am very happy we chose Orlando Stroller Rental. If we ever need to rent a stroller again while in Disney, we would absolutely choose them again.

We rented the City Classic single stroller for our 4 year old and he just loved it! The stroller is so easy to maneuver, it is easy to fold and has a great canopy which kept the sun out of his eyes and at night we were able to lay him down if he was tired. Hi Shannon, Thank you so much for the great service. The stroller rental was wonderful and so easy! The stroller was ready for us at the front desk of our resort and we started using it right away. We have 2 children, ages 2 and 4, and I couldn’t imagine using any other stroller. We have several pictures of the kids resting with the sun-shades and napping throughout the day. It was so easy to lay them back and let them sleep comfortably, which, as you know, helped everyone thoroughly enjoy our vacation.

Our kids loved being able to sit next to one another, versus our sit and stand that we have at home. We had no problems using the stroller in the parks or folding it for the trip back to the resort. Several others asked about the stroller and were very impressed. The price was so reasonable, given the expense and style of the Disney stroller rentals compared to the comfort and quality of the City Mini. On a side note, I couldn’t imagine renting a park stroller and carrying my sleeping babies back to the resort at the end of the day. The comfort and storage space in the stroller allowed for us to spend more time in the parks than we had originally anticipated.

Hello Shannon, Orlando Stroller Rentals was THE best bargain in the Disney area! For about 1/3 of the cost of the Disney stroller rentals we were able to rent a double stroller with you for a full week. The stroller was conveniently delivered and picked up at our Disney Resort when requested. It was clean, handled extremely well, folded easily and had the ability for the kids to lay down when they fell asleep. I would recommend your strollers to anyone I know traveling to the Orlando area. Thank you for one of the bright spots in our family vacation!

I just wanted to write to say how amazing your company and your employees are. This is the 4th time I have rented through you and each time its just such an easy transition. This was the first year we stayed off property and the experience was even better. The stroller was delivered to our Airbnb and then picked up. It may sound simple but I can’t tell you how many companies just don’t do the simple things well. I always recommend Orlando Stroller to anyone I know is going down to disney with kids. My interactions with the staff is always very friendly and professional. I just cannot say enough good things about you all. Traveling is always so stressful and there is always a worry that something will go wrong but I never worry about our stroller.

Hi Shannon! Just wanted to say thank you for helping make our first trip to Disney with our two little ones much easier and so much more enjoyable! I can’t tell you what a relief it was to check into our hotel with the stroller waiting there for us, ready to go, at the bell desk! This was exactly the type of service we needed after dealing with the stressors of traveling with a 2 year old and an 8 month old! I also have to say that I was extremely impressed by the quality of the stroller for the price that we paid! I was uncertain how pleased I would be with the stroller, since I was not familiar with this particular one. I am used to my phil and teds vibe double and my bugaboo cameleon. This stroller’s performance was right up there with that of my high-end models! And it was so clean, it looked brand new. It worked perfectly in the parks… the kids took great naps in it, and while they were sleeping, I was able to mist their heads to keep them cool, right through the mesh panel without waking them up! We took it to the parks, the pool….everywhere! My 2 year old LOVED riding in the “vacation stroller.

My satisfaction with the stroller was only a small part of why I was so happy with OSR. Anyone could rent out these strollers. Cannot speak highly enough of this company and team. Brilliant price for what we needed. Amazing communication even when we needed to change the order on two separate occassions. Was absolutely no problem at all and sorted straight away. We did not regret this purchase for our 7 and 3 year old. The dual stroller really was a game changer for the entire trip. Great for storage too. If you are in two minds on whether to book with them. Don’t be! They will completely look after you from start to finish.
