Privacy Policy

Orlando Stroller Rentals ("we", "us") rents strollers to families visiting the Orlando area. This policy explains what we collect when you book on this website, why we collect it, and who it is shared with.
The short version: we collect only what we need to deliver a stroller to you and keep in touch about your rental. We do not sell your information, we do not share it for advertising, and this site sets no tracking cookies unless you accept analytics in the cookie banner (see our Cookie Policy; declining changes nothing about your rental).
What we collect
When you book
- Your name, email address, and phone number (and an alternate phone, if you give one), to confirm the booking and reach you on delivery day.
- Delivery details: your resort, hotel, or vacation-rental address, community gate code, and any special instructions you enter, so our driver can reach you.
- Rental details: the stroller you chose, your dates and times, whether you chose delivery or storefront/airport collection, and any add-ons.
- Travel agent name and email, only if you tell us you are booking through one.
- "How did you hear about us?", if you choose to answer. This is optional.
Payment
Payments are processed by PayPal. Your card number is entered on PayPal's own secure checkout and is never sent to, seen by, or stored on our systems. We receive only a transaction reference and the amount, so we can match the payment to your booking and issue refunds. PayPal's handling of your payment data is governed by PayPal's privacy statement.
Text messages
We text you about your rental only if you check the text-updates box at checkout, or to reply when you text us. Those messages are about your order: a booking confirmation, delivery-day updates from your driver, a reminder before your return, and, after your rental, a single request to leave us a review. Message frequency varies with your rental. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Opting out of texts does not cancel your rental; we will reach you by phone or email instead.
We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or text messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. For texts, your number is used only to send you the order messages described above; our messaging provider (Twilio) delivers them on our behalf. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
The chat assistant
The chat bubble on this site is powered by an AI assistant. The messages you type into it are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate a reply. Please do not type payment card numbers, passwords, or other sensitive personal information into the chat. If you need to share something sensitive, text or call us instead.
What this site stores in your browser
Only what the site needs to work: your language and theme preference, and a flag remembering that the booking window was already shown to you this visit. These stay in your own browser, are not used to identify or track you, and are not shared with anyone. You can clear them at any time in your browser settings.
Who we share it with
We share your information only with the services that make a rental happen:
- PayPal: to take payment and process refunds.
- Twilio: to deliver the order text messages you opted into.
- Anthropic: to generate replies in the chat assistant, if you use it.
- Our own drivers and staff: who see your name, phone, delivery address, and instructions in order to deliver and collect the stroller.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone's safety. We never sell your personal information, and we never share it with advertisers or data brokers.
The above excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
How long we keep it
We keep booking records for as long as we need them to run the business and meet our tax and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below); we will do so unless we are required to keep a record of the transaction.
Your choices
- See or correct your information: email or text us and we will send you what we hold and fix anything wrong.
- Delete your information: ask us and we will delete it, except records we must keep for tax or legal reasons.
- Stop texts: reply STOP to any message.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your personal information. Contact us using the details below and we will honor them.
Children
Our rentals are for families, but this site is intended for adults booking on a family's behalf. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. We do not ask for a child's name or date of birth, only the stroller size you need.
Security
Bookings are transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and stored in an access-controlled database. Only staff who need it can see customer details. No system is perfectly secure, but we do not store payment card data at all, which removes the most sensitive category of information entirely.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and change the effective date at the top.
