Orlando Airport Stroller Rental: Pick Up at MCO Next to Mears Connect

Land at Orlando International Airport, walk to Terminal B, and your rental stroller is waiting at the counter before you have even reached the shuttle line. How airport pickup works at MCO

During checkout, choose Orlando International Airport as your pickup location and put your flight number and arrival time in the notes. After you collect your bags, go to the B side of the main terminal on Level 1 and follow the signs for Mears Connect. The Hold My Luggage counter is past the Dollar rental car desk and before the Mears Connect entrance. Show your name and the stroller is handed over, ready to roll.

The counter receives strollers for pickup from 8:30 am to 11:30 pm. On your departure day bring the stroller back to the same counter; returns are accepted from 2:00 am to 11:00 pm. If your flight falls outside those hours, contact us before you travel and we will arrange after-hours service in advance.

One important detail: the counter is in Terminal B, not Terminal A, and not Terminal C. If you fly JetBlue or an international carrier into Terminal C, the walk is not convenient, so choose resort delivery instead and we will have the stroller at your hotel.

You do not have to do both ends at the airport. Pick up at MCO and return at your hotel bell desk, or have it delivered to the hotel and drop it at the airport on the way home. You choose each location separately when you book.

The counter is a real baggage service desk, so a few details keep the handoff quick.

  • Book before you fly. The airport counter is for reserved pickups, and same-day requests are handled by text at 800-281-0884.
  • Add your flight number and arrival time in the notes at checkout so the stroller is staged for you.
  • Be on the B side of the main terminal, Level 1. Follow the Mears Connect signs and you will walk straight to it.
  • Pickup hours are 8:30 am to 11:30 pm. Returns are accepted from 2:00 am to 11:00 pm. Ask in advance if you need after-hours service.
  • Terminal C arrivals (JetBlue and international flights) should choose resort delivery instead.

Where exactly is the stroller pickup counter at Orlando International Airport?

The Hold My Luggage counter on Level 1 of Terminal B, directly next to the Mears Connect check-in and on the same level as the rental car counters. Make sure you are on the B side of the main terminal, then follow the Mears Connect signs.

What are the airport counter hours?

Can I pick up at the airport and return at my hotel?

I am flying into Terminal C. Can I still use airport pickup?

The counter is in Terminal B, and the walk from Terminal C (JetBlue and international arrivals) is not convenient. Choose resort delivery instead and the stroller will be waiting at your hotel.

Does airport pickup cost extra?

No. Airport pickup and return are included, the same as resort delivery. Your rental is one price for your whole trip, based on how many nights, and the price on each stroller page is the starting total.

What do I need to bring to the counter?

Just the name on your booking. Adding your flight number and arrival time in the notes at checkout helps us have the stroller staged before you reach the counter.

Will the stroller fit on the Mears Connect shuttle?
