Universal Orlando Stroller Rentals Delivered to Your Resort

Universal Studios Florida, Islands of Adventure and CityWalk sit close together, which is great for park hopping and hard on small legs. Orlando Stroller Rentals delivers a clean, park-ready stroller to your Universal resort or nearby hotel before you arrive, and collects it when you leave. Delivery and pickup are free, and we have been doing this for Orlando families since 2008.

Renting means you do not pack your own stroller, pay to check it twice, or wonder what the baggage handlers did to it. You get a full-size stroller with a real canopy, a deep basket and, on our BOB and Strolee models, wheels that make Universal's long walkways feel short.

How delivery works at Universal Orlando

Most Universal resorts do not require a meetup. For delivery, the stroller is ready for you to collect from the bell desk during our morning delivery window, 7:00-10:00 AM. On your last day, return it to the same bell desk between 6:00-8:00 AM. You never have to wait around for a driver, but on-site Universal hotels are morning-only in both directions, so plan your arrival and departure around those windows. The one exception is Universal's Cabana Bay Beach Resort, where our driver meets you in person just outside the main entrance front doors for both delivery and return, only at 7:00 AM.

The same bell-desk handoff applies at the hotels along International Drive and Universal Boulevard. If you are in a vacation home or Airbnb we leave the stroller outside the front door like a package, and you set it back outside on your return day. You can also collect from our store in Kissimmee or from our counter at Orlando International Airport, Terminal B, on your way in.

During checkout you choose your delivery and return locations, add optional rental insurance, and pay with PayPal or any major credit or debit card. When you finish paying, your confirmation page shows your order number, and if you opted in to text updates we text you about your handoff.

Universal park stroller rules to know before you go

All of our strollers meet Universal's theme park size requirements, so singles and doubles both go straight through the turnstiles. Inside the parks, the same good habits apply at every attraction.

  • Park the stroller in the designated stroller parking areas, never in a walkway or queue.
  • Set the brake every time you stop, even for a minute.
  • Take all personal belongings with you when you leave the stroller parked.
  • Always buckle your child in with the safety straps and follow the posted ride restrictions.
  • For extra peace of mind you can pop off one rear wheel with the button on the side of the hub. It takes seconds and makes the stroller useless to anyone else.
  • Optional rental insurance can be added during checkout if you want cover for the stroller itself.

Two parks, CityWalk and the water taxi

Universal Studios Florida runs from the San Francisco streets to Diagon Alley and King's Cross, where you can ride the Hogwarts Express across to Islands of Adventure. Both parks have stroller parking at the big rides, so the stroller waits while you do Gringotts, the Hulk or Hagrid's Magical Creatures Motorbike Adventure, and it is there for the walk back through Seuss Landing and Marvel Super Hero Island.

Between the parks, CityWalk is where you will eat, shop and end the night. Universal's water taxis run between the resort hotels and CityWalk in the morning and evening, and the stroller folds to ride along. Keep it for the rest of the trip too: International Drive, the pool, or a drive over to Disney or SeaWorld.

Universal stroller rental FAQs

Do I need to meet a driver at my Universal hotel?

Only at Universal's Cabana Bay Beach Resort. There our driver meets you in person, just outside the main entrance front doors, at 7:00 AM for both delivery and return. At every other Universal resort the stroller is waiting at the bell desk during our morning delivery window, 7:00-10:00 AM, and you return it to the same bell desk between 6:00-8:00 AM on your last day. The nearby International Drive hotels use our standard delivery window instead. Apart from Cabana Bay, the meetup rule only applies at Disney-operated resorts.

Do your strollers fit Universal's size limits?

Yes. Every stroller in our fleet, singles and doubles, meets Universal's theme park size requirements, so you will not have a problem at the park entrance.

Can I take the stroller on the Universal water taxi?

Yes. All of our strollers fold, so they ride the water taxi between the resort hotels and CityWalk. Fold it before you board and keep your belongings with you.

Is delivery to Universal Orlando free?

Yes. Delivery and pickup at Universal resorts and the International Drive hotels are included in the price. Your rental is one flat total for the whole trip, not a nightly charge, and the price on each stroller page is the starting total.

Can I pick the stroller up at the airport and use it at Universal?

Yes. Select Orlando International Airport as your pickup location and collect the stroller at our counter in Terminal B, Level 1, next to Mears Connect. Return it to your hotel bell desk or to the same airport counter when you fly home.

Is the stroller stuck at Universal, or can I use it at Disney too?

It is yours for the whole trip. Many families book a Universal delivery and then drive the stroller to Disney, SeaWorld or the outlets. Every model meets the size rules at all three parks.

What comes with a Universal stroller rental?

A cooler, a cup holder and a rain cover are included free with every stroller. Optional rental insurance can be added during checkout.
