We had a great experience. The stroller arrived right on time and the driver showed us how to use it since it was new to us. You could tell it was a used stroller, but was perfect for what we needed. And the added cooler was a great bonus and came in handy in the head. We will definitely rent from here again.

We rented a double stroller so we were able to take it to the Disney parks as well as use it at the hotel which was quite large. The stroller was very easy to use and very roomy and comfortable. The delivery and pickup was made very easy as well. Would definitely rent again next time we're in Orlando!

Perfect. No problem. The stroller was left outside around 6am and I got a text. Picked up from outside after we left and we received confirmation. We rented the double stroller maybe luxury or something like that, you need space in your trunk because is big.

Everything was amazing! The stroller fit both kids perfectly (age 4 and 7), and felt rather lightweight in the parks. OSR was so easy to work with and had our stroller delivered early to our hotel. We even had drop off and pick up at two different hotels, and everything was smooth. Thank you for making this an easy process for us! This is the best stroller rental service we've used. We travel to Disney often and have utilized a few different services, Orlando Stroller Rental provides the cleanest strollers along with prompt service and lots of availability, even in busy seasons! Additionally, the company provides a parent console, so I don't need to pick my own separately. Overall, the BEST place to rent a stroller from in Orlando.

I had NO problem getting a last minute same day delivery! I got a stroller within an hour of calling, after other companies saying they couldn't help with anything same day. Pick up was very easy and convenient right outside my resort lobby. Stroller worked well and I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Fantastic experience-stroller was there waiting for us on arrival to our villa. The stroller was great quality with an included rain cover. Our 3 year old was nice and comfy in it,we just brought our own clip on fan to use to keep her cool. The company came and picked it up before we left. Would 100% recommend!!

My experience was absolutely fantastic. After my booking mistake OSR went out of their way to get my stroller delivered at an alternative time. Having rented from a different company in 2024 the stroller from OSR was in much much better condition than their competitor. The price was also much more reasonable. I would highly recommend this company to all travellers needing a stroller and will use again.

5 stars! Amazing, seamless experience. They dropped the stroller off at our resort. It was there at the designated pick up time. Didn't have to wait. Parent console was a huge help during the trip. Free cooler bag kept our stuff chilled! Return was also seamless. Drop it off at the same spot. Literally no hassle. Will definitely rent again!! Kids were comfortable in the double stroller. The baby jogger city Mini double stroller had so much under carriage space. Easy quick access from the kids feet too! Thank you Orlando strollers for making our vacation easier.

What a fantastic experience! Firstly the website is so easy to navigate and see what is available to hire. My Husband and I rented for our first Disney Vacation with Orlando stroller Rental. And I have to say it was the best thing ever. When we arrived at our hotel the stroller was already there. The first time we rented a stroller, we went with a different company, and we were so disappointed when our stroller was not there the day it was scheduled to be. Their customer service was also awful. We were hesitant to rent again, but so glad we found Orlando Stroller Rentals! Our stroller was ready for us before we even checked into our hotel! That took away so much of our stress for this trip! The brake was a little touchy, but it worked for our needs for the week and the included console and especially rain cover really came in handy with Florida July weather! Thank you, we will absolutely use OSR in the future if needed.

The team is easy to communicate with They've dropped off to us on Disney property and off property. The stroller is always there waiting for us, and the kids are excited to see it every time. The stroller is always clean and we have had no issues with it. I so appreciate that they offer the free rain cover to use during our use of the stroller. OSR was exactly what we needed for our trip to Disney! The stroller was very easy to book online. I received a text the day of my arrival flight with helpful pick up information. My stroller was labeled so it was quick to pick out and go. The stroller saved us physically and emotionally this past week with our 5 year old and our daily lugging of "all the things". Drop off was a breeze, and thankfully so because we had gotten stuck on our last ride of the day before our flight which made getting to the airport a hectic mess. Highly recommend, we had our 6 and 4 yo in a stroller and it was a life saver. The stroller was clean and nice, working as intended. I seen multiple other strollers on Disney buses from other company that wouldn't fold, seemed quite beat up. I was very happy with choosing Orlando stroller rentals. I found renting from Orlando Stroller to be a convenient experience. We rented a double stroller. Despite booking with less than 24 hours notice, the reservation process was smooth. The drop-off went flawlessly, and even though the pick-up was slightly delayed, the company kept in touch, which I appreciated. At $80 for 3 days, the pricing was reasonable. The stroller, while showing minor wear and tear, was in good condition overall. It was easy to store in the trunk of our SUV, and the instructional video they provided on folding and locking the stroller was helpful. The drink compartment came in handy during our visit to the Disney parks with our 2 and 4-year-old children. My youngest was able to nap with the stroller reclinded. I highly recommend using Orlando Stroller, especially for families looking for a convenient stroller rental solution.

100000% recommend using Orlando Stroller Company. We were Disney First Timers this past week. We rented a double stroller for our 5 year old and 15 month old. We chose to pick our stroller rental up at the airport. I received a text the morning of our flight letting me know where the stroller would be, what was included, and where to return it. The stroller was there waiting for us when our flight landed. It was absolutely perfect for our needs for the week. When our MEARS bus never came to get us I called in and let them know our return would be late and they communicated right away with me that it wouldn't be a problem. We dropped it back off right where we picked it up. I am very happy we chose Orlando Stroller Rental. If we ever need to rent a stroller again while in Disney, we would absolutely choose them again.

Cannot speak highly enough of this company and team. Brilliant price for what we needed. Amazing communication even when we needed to change the order on two separate occassions. Was absolutely no problem at all and sorted straight away. We did not regret this purchase for our 7 and 3 year old. The dual stroller really was a game changer for the entire trip. Great for storage too. If you are in two minds on whether to book with them. Don't be! They will completely look after you from start to finish.

I stumbled across Orlando stroller rentals through Google. Initially, I rented for 3 days but due to unforeseen circumstances, I need to extend the rental. Justin texted me back immediately at the toll free number and when I explained that I needed to stay longer and asked how much, he told me I was all set and there'd be no charge. He almost made me cry. I was already having a stressful time, so this act of kindness was greatly appreciated. Rented the Citi-mini G2T double for an 8 day trip to WDW. The convenience of having pick up/drop off at the airport right next to the Mears bus service was perfect. The stroller was clean and in like new condition. We made a change in the stroller model before we got to the airport and Shannon and her staff were super easy to work with. WE HAVE NEVER BEEN DISAPPOINTED! We have been to Disney 4 times in the last year and EVERY time we have…we have used OSR. They are prompt (drop off and pick up), accommodating, professional, VERY easy to use from start to finish. The 1st time we used them we forgot our tag in the stroller and they were going to ship it to us. Knowing we would be back in a few months, I asked if it were okay that they hold on to it and we would retrieve it when we rented from them again. They were more than happy to hold it for us. We returned a few months later any they reminded us about bringing our tag along with our stroller rental! The fact that their communication and professionalism is always on point is the reason we will always use OSR for all our stroller rental needs.

Highly recommend. I forgot to order a stroller and by the time I was at the airport I tried for "same day delivery". They had no available drop off times on the website, but had a text number where I could chat with someone. Got an immediate response from THE OWNER. She offered to drop one off that evening and was able to fit into OUR SCHEDULE. I text and asked for a second for a family member and she just added it on and delivered that as well. This company amazing and the customer service was top notch. For pickup, they were 30 minutes early which worked better with my schedule. I would absolutely recommend Orlando Strollers for all your rental needs.

Not only was the stroller clean and looked to be brand new, but the customer service at this company is out of this world! I had to change my drop off time due to a flight change, and it was as easy as sending a text. They met us at our resort right on time. I also changed our pick up time at the last minute and they were EXTREMELY accommodating and met me within 15 minutes so that we could maximize our time while waiting to catch the bus to the airport. This stroller rental could not have been easier or more convenient. We rented the same stroller we have at home so we knew what to expect. It came with a complimentary rain cover and cooler. It was well labeled so we could find it in the parks and best of all it was at our hotel when we checked in and we just left it there for pick up as well. All for well under $100. Couldn't ask for more.

Easiest, best possible experience!! We realized after our first day at Universal that renting an expensive, poorly shaded, uncomfortable Universal stroller there was a terrible idea. That night, I booked a stroller here to be delivered to our hotel the following morning (less than 8 hours later!), and to be picked up from a different hotel the following week. Super easy, timely, painless experience! All booked online, confirmed by text at dropoff and after picking it up, easy to collect/leave at the concierge desk. My 4yo was way more comfortable, took a couple naps in it (which let the rest of us continue having fun),, had more shade, and we could use it going to/from the parks, plus at Volcano Bay (which doesn't have any stroller rentals at all), and around our resort after we were done with parks. The rainfly came in handy during sudden downpours, too! Really amazing experience, especially after how stressful and expensive our first day was, before getting this stroller! Thank you so much!

Shannon, Just wanted to let everyone out there know that Orlando Stroller Rentals is definitely the way to go! Like many families, we didn't want to deal with the hassle of trekking through an airport with a double stroller. We also didn't want to rent the hard plastic strollers that they offer at the parks (which can be extremely pricey!) That is why we decided to rent from you on our recent visit to Disney. We rented the double City Mini and absolutely loved it! Our kids (ages 4 and 2 ) were always comfortable in it and loved that they were able to fully recline in it. I liked that it had a mesh breezeway to keep them cool while they were sleeping. I also loved that this stroller fit through every doorway we encountered and turned on a dime. We loved it so much that we are even considering replacing our own double back home with the City Mini! Also, I'd like to thank you for delivering the stroller right to our hotel. It was there when we checked in as promised! We opened it up and started using it right away and continued to use it right up until our car service picked us up for our return trip home. Thank You for such quality service! I will recommend you to all my friends!

The double stroller worked perfectly for my kids and allowed us to visit not only the parks, but Downtown Disney and other resorts as well. We never had to stand in lines to rent or return a stroller and your prices were much more affordable! The stroller was easy to take on the buses and boats we used to and from our hotel, plus maneuvered through doors and store aisles without a problem. Getting two little kids around the parks would've been impossible without the aid of your double stroller. It wheeled perfectly enabling my CINC and myself to be alive enough to not be catatonic at the day's end. I absolutely loved the single stroller I got from Orlando Stroller Rentals on our recent trip. More importantly, my four-year-old son Alexander adored his 'orange pirate stroller, 'as he affectionately called it. The stroller was waiting for us when we arrived at our resort, complete with a personalized sign and helpful directions on how to fold it. Oh, and it folded and handled like a breeze, too! I loved the huge sun canopy, the large basket underneath, and how much it reclined for naps and end-of-the-day strolls back to our room. This was so much better than either our umbrella stroller or Disney's uncomfortable rentals. Highly recommended for all parents of stroller-age kids!

This was my families first time going to Disney, we have a 4 and a 6 yr. old. We weren't sure if we should buy or rent or not even get a stroller when we got there. Someone told us about Orlando Stroller Rentals and how easy they were to work with. Well let me tell you, what a pleasure and what a relief it was to deal with them! The stroller was there waiting for us when we checked into the hotel with our name on it, set aside. When we left, we dropped it off at bell hop and never had to worry about a thing. The best thing with these strollers, we were able to take them out of the park, not having to carry the kids back to the hotel when they fell asleep. They were easy to manuever, close up, bring on the bus or boat. I highly recommend this company and to them I say 'thank you' for making my first trip a memorable one, with one less thing to worry about. We'll be back!

Shannon; I know that I said Thank you- a lot, and have told everyone I can think of how fantastic our experience with Orlando Stroller Rentals was, but I wanted to email and thank you again. Even now, weeks after our trip, I am still amazed at the difference the stroller- and more importantly your customer service- made to our extended (thanks, Ike) vacation. Firstly, I was amazed at how thorough and considerate you were in answering all my questions before our trip. And then, to return my call even at 6am when the hotel mistakenly "lost" the stroller I was waiting for, and to make sure I had one in my hands before 8- WOW! I know you're not associated w/ Disney, but the magic is alive and well at OSR. Together my kids weighed 96 lbs., but the stroller was super easy to maneuver- even one handed, and the big canopies were awesome! My husband and I lamented not being able to try one a couple of years ago- we totally would have bought one; and the orange was so easy to spot when we came to stroller parking; no more lost time searching. The kiddoes napped really well in it, too; and were surprisingly comfortable throughout the day. Thanks again, I really can't say enough how pleased and grateful we are with your service and product- and are still overwhelmed at your generosity when we had to extend our trip because of the hurricane!

Just wanted to share what a great experience my family had with the Orlando Stroller Rental. We stayed at Disney for 6 days over Christmas. The parks were very busy and hard to get around with a double stroller. However, when it came to the stroller parking area's, all the stroller look alike (rented from Disney). It was great to see 100-200 gray strollers with name tags on the back and then in a second I could find my orange double stroller, rented by OSR. Not to mention that the rental cost was so much less than Disney and so much easier than bringing my own. Thanks for a great service. I will use you again and will spread the word!

Hi Shannon, I just wanted to tell you that we could not have enjoyed our vacation had it not been for the double stroller we rented from you. Our 6 and 3 year olds were in such great moods as long as we had the stroller. The extended shades blocked the sun and allowed them to have their space when they laid down comfortably for their naps. It was easy to fold and handle onto the buses and even the monorail. When my husband and I had to split up, it was easy having the boys stay with me or him because the boys stayed in the stroller. Hi Shannon, Thank you so much for the great service. The stroller rental was wonderful and so easy! The stroller was ready for us at the front desk of our resort and we started using it right away. We have 2 children, ages 2 and 4, and I couldn't imagine using any other stroller. We have several pictures of the kids resting with the sun-shades and napping throughout the day. It was so easy to lay them back and let them sleep comfortably, which, as you know, helped everyone thoroughly enjoy our vacation. Our kids loved being able to sit next to one another, versus our sit and stand that we have at home. We had no problems using the stroller in the parks or folding it for the trip back to the resort. Several others asked about the stroller and were very impressed. The price was so reasonable, given the expense and style of the Disney stroller rentals compared to the comfort and quality of the City Mini. On a side note, I couldn't imagine renting a park stroller and carrying my sleeping babies back to the resort at the end of the day. The comfort and storage space in the stroller allowed for us to spend more time in the parks than we had originally anticipated. Thanks for the wonderful service. We rented a Citi Mini double stroller for our week long vacation, and it was one of the best decisions we made for our vacation. This stroller service was a life saver! Thank you so much for providing drop-off and pick-up at the hotel. We noticed a lot of the strollers in Disney had wobbly wheels. We had absolutely no problems. Your service is more reasonable than the parks and your strollers are of a higher quality than those hard plastic Disney strollers. My kids easily napped in the stroller because the seats reclined to the flat position. The sun shade was great too. It covered almost their entire body. Stroller folds compactly and we had no problems on the buses, even when we had to stand. Plus the storage on the back and underside made toting the kids' stuff to and from the parks easy. I am just back from a Walt Disney World vacation with my husband and 2 boys who are 5 1/2 and 4. We were there a week in August 2009. I read other reviews of this vendor which is what prompted me try them out. I have to say, it was one of the best decisions I made. I debated even getting a stroller since my boys are "big boys" now and I didn't want to look silly pushing these 2 boys around the parks in a double stroller. Let me tell you, I would NOT have survived without it. My boys are a little bit bigger than other boys their ages. They rank in the 95th percentile for height and weight in their age range, so I was first concerned if the stroller would bear their weight, but no problems there! The stroller was as sturdy as can be. Their height was also no problem either. If my older one stretched out his legs, hit feet hung slightly past the footrest and rubbed the wheels, but it really wasn't any kind of issue at all. The stroller fit them perfectly. They had plenty of wriggle room. The stroller was so easy to maneuver that I was able to push it with one hand if I was holding a drink. My husband, who is tall (over 6 feet), had no problem pushing the stroller either. He wasn't even hunched over. The stroller arrived just when I had requested it and was there waiting for me at the hotel upon my arrival. We were able to use it that first night. It was very clean and undamaged. Every part worked. Very well maintained for a rental. Funny the things you notice, but I have to remark on the wheels. They looked brand new! I wonder how the wheels stay in such pristine condition on a rental stroller? Perhaps OSR changes them for each customer? The return was just as simple. The night before, I just dropped the stroller off at the same location from which I retrieved it. No muss no fuss. No tons of paperwork. No signing in and out. Which is another plus about this vendor. The complete lack of paperwork is heaven. As a final note, I now know how popular this vendor is. I must have seen a dozen of these strollers, both double and single, at every park I was in. Every day. My husband and I made a game of who can spot the most strollers!! Even so, it's very easy to distinguish yours because it has an extra large name tag affixed to it in 2 locations on the stroller. In any case, I was VERY satisfied with my rental and would 100% recommend this vendor to anyone looking to rent a stroller. And if my boys are not TOO big the next time we go down, I will rent from this company again!!

For about 1/3 of the cost of the Disney stroller rentals we were able to rent a double stroller with you for a full week. The stroller was conveniently delivered and picked up at our Disney Resort when requested. Hi everyone Shannon save our vacations i have a 3 year old and an 8 month baby and after going to my first day park i notice this guy with this great orange 2 seat stroller and have to talk to ask him where he rent it. He gave me a card from Shannon, called her while walking on the park and the next day at 7:30 am she was in my hotel lobby with the stroller.
