Yes. Orders placed for delivery or pickup at a Walt Disney World Resort will require us to meet you in person outside the lobby for the delivery and return of the stroller. Please select times from our dropdown menu. We offer the most flexible arrival and departure times to meet your travel needs. This is a very simple process and we are on time. We offer the most options for you to receive and return your Orlando Stroller Rentals stroller. Orlando Stroller Rentals customers can choose from the following: the Orlando International Airport counter in Terminal B, Level 1, directly next to the Mears Connect entrance (formerly Disney's Magical Express); a meet and greet at a Walt Disney World Resort (many times to select); or the Orlando Stroller Rentals store, located at 3232 Rolling Oaks Blvd, Kissimmee, FL 34747, just minutes away from Animal Kingdom. We have a 24-hour self-serve rack behind our store for collections and returns. Non-Disney owned resorts that are on Disney property are: Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin, Shades of Green, Four Seasons. At these resorts, as well as all other resorts and hotels including Universal Resorts, you do not need to meet our driver: your stroller will be ready for you at the bell desk or front desk (at Swan and Dolphin, the bell desk in the main lobby), and you return it to the same place at the time you select. The one exception is Universal's Cabana Bay Beach Resort, where we meet you in person just outside the main entrance front doors at 7:00 AM for both delivery and return.

No. When staying at a non Disney hotel you do not need to meet our driver: your stroller will be waiting for you at the hotel's bell desk or front desk. You may return it to the same place on your last rental day. This includes Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin, where the stroller is at the bell desk in the main lobby, and the new Swan Reserve. The one exception is Universal's Cabana Bay Beach Resort, where we meet you in person just outside the main entrance front doors at 7:00 AM for both delivery and return.

Absolutely! It is a top priority of ours to make sure every stroller is thoroughly cleaned for every customer. Every stroller is cleaned and sanitized with hospital-grade disinfectant before each rental. Shannon (the owner) is a Mom of young ones too, and would only rent strollers that she would want to rent herself.

Park your stroller in the designated stroller parking areas. Press the foot lever to lock the back wheels together. Take all personal belongings with you. You may also remove one of the back wheels by pressing a button on the side of the wheel. It is extremely fast and easy to do. The insurance add-on covers accidental damage to the stroller if you purchase it at checkout; without it you are responsible for the cost of repair. You are responsible for the replacement cost of a stroller that is lost, stolen, or damaged beyond repair. While theme parks are generally safe and secure, theft does occur; however, it is infrequent. Damage can occur if children are over the recommended weight capacity for each stroller. A couple of suggestions that we have are to never force the stroller up on to a curb while children are occupying it and please avoid rolling the stroller over the Trolley Track on Main Street USA since the wheels can get caught in them.

Please text or call us at 800-281-0884 and let us know that you are cancelling your order along with your order # and last name. We can also place any reservation on hold indefinitely if you need to cancel and will reschedule your vacation. Cancel more than 24 hours before your delivery time for a full refund. Cancel within 24 hours of delivery and we will refund your rental less any costs already incurred, such as a driver already dispatched. Once a stroller has been delivered, the rental is non-refundable for nights already begun. If you return it early, contact us and we will review a partial refund for unused nights. If we cannot fulfill your rental for any reason, you receive a full refund. Refunds are issued to the original PayPal payment.

Yes, ALL of our rentals come with a parent console FREE of charge and we place the six pack size cooler in the center compartment of the parent console.
