We have rented from Orlando Stroller twice now and I feel compelled to leave a review. Not only was the stroller clean and looked to be brand new, but the customer service at this company is out of this world!
I had to change my drop off time due to a flight change, and it was as easy as sending a text. They met us at our resort right on time.
I also changed our pick up time at the last minute and they were EXTREMELY accommodating and met me within 15 minutes so that we could maximize our time while waiting to catch the bus to the airport. I felt awful about switching times, but the gentleman that met up with me was very polite and helpful!
