I just wanted to send a quick email to say thank you for the wonderful service you provide to family’s with young children vacationing at Disney World. We rented a Citi Mini double stroller for our week long vacation, and it was one of the best decisions we made for our vacation. The stroller was at our resort when we got there just as you said it would be, it worked wonderfully for our three year old and 18 month old, and was easy to transport on the resort shuttles. Our kids loved the stroller so much they have asked if we can buy our own now that we are home. Since we have been back I have told several people about our experiences with your company, made recommendations to people with younk kids who are planning vacations in Orlando, and will continue to sing the praises of the services you provide to all who would benefit from it.

I do not usually write email like this, but I was so impressed with your service and how you run it that I felt compelled to send a formal thank you. Your company and your stroller certainly made an awesome vacation that much more so.
