100000% recommend using Orlando Stroller Company. We were Disney First Timers this past week. We rented a double stroller for our 5 year old and 15 month old. We chose to pick our stroller rental up at the airport. I received a text the morning of our flight letting me know where the stroller would be, what was included, and where to return it. The stroller was there waiting for us when our flight landed. It was absolutely perfect for our needs for the week. When our MEARS bus never came to get us I called in and let them know our return would be late and they communicated right away with me that it wouldn’t be a problem. We dropped it back off right where we picked it up. I am very happy we chose Orlando Stroller Rental. If we ever need to rent a stroller again while in Disney, we would absolutely choose them again.

Shannon, I am not one to normally give reviews on products, but I just have to tell you how great this stroller was. The kids, ages 3 and 5, loved riding in it. I loved the huge canopies and the fact that it was so easy to push and fold up.

This was our first trip to Disney and I can honestly say that having this stroller made it more enjoyable. The service was great! I loved the fact that our name was laminated and attached so that we could immediately tell which one was ours. The orange stood out amoung all the park strollers. It was clean and appeared brand new. We have friends coming in December and I’ve already highly recommended your service to them.

As long as my kids are able to fit, I will never make a Disney trip without this stroller. The Double City Mini was perfect for us! Thanks again for everything. We WILL be back!

I just want to let you know the strollers were great. Both girls fit in them perfectly and they both rode in them all the time. The strollers were so nice and very clean; like new.

Orlando Stroller Rentals is AWESOME!! I was so disappointed to find that Disney World had raised their double stroller rental prices from $16.00/day to $31.00/day!! I did a little Google searching and found a number of stroller rental companies in the Orlando area. Shannon with Orlando Stroller Rental was by far the most accommodating and helpful of all the companies I found! They also offer fantastic prices on a week’s rental of a double stroller.

The stroller was waiting for us when we arrived at our hotel, and even though our room was not ready for check-in, we were able to pack up the stroller and head over to SeaWorld while we waited! Best of all, I was able to take the stroller EVERYWHERE! Being able to push two sleeping children all the way to the car was a whole lot easier then having to carry them from the stroller rental drop off point within the park! We were able to take the stroller to SeaWorld, Universal AND all four Disney parks without having to move all of our stuff from rental stroller to rental stroller in each place.

The strollers were very easy to push, even with two older children (6yo and 4yo). My husband even enjoyed pushing the stroller, which is not always a comfortable thing to do at 6’2″. The basket underneath had plenty of room for blankets and jackets as well as rain ponchos for those unpredictable Florida showers! And the sun shields were really nice as they come down far enough to keep out all the sun as well as the chill of the night air, and again, the rain from those Florida showers! I will definitely use Orlando Stroller Rental again! It was one of the smoothest transactions and easiest parts of our crazy vacation.

Super friendly and prompt/ on time. The stroller was exactly what we needed for Disney and using around Orlando. Pick up and drop off at the resort was seamless and easy. Price was very fair. I would definitely use this service again. I think this company is very competitive with the others in the area.

I just wanted to write to say how amazing your company and your employees are. This is the 4th time I have rented through you and each time its just such an easy transition. This was the first year we stayed off property and the experience was even better. The stroller was delivered to our Airbnb and then picked up. It may sound simple but I can’t tell you how many companies just don’t do the simple things well. I always recommend Orlando Stroller to anyone I know is going down to disney with kids. My interactions with the staff is always very friendly and professional. I just cannot say enough good things about you all. Traveling is always so stressful and there is always a worry that something will go wrong but I never worry about our stroller.

A perfect experience from start to finish. We didn’t book until 2 days before our trip. Shannon texted and was right on time. Actually early which worked out perfect for us. Stroller was clean and in great condition and did the job better than could be expected from a rental. Pick up was exactly the same, on time and perfect. Great to chat with Shannon, who did both the drop off and pick up. Just a great experience and will use the next time we have the need!
