100000% recommend using Orlando Stroller Company. We were Disney First Timers this past week. We rented a double stroller for our 5 year old and 15 month old. We chose to pick our stroller rental up at the airport. I received a text the morning of our flight letting me know where the stroller would be, what was included, and where to return it. The stroller was there waiting for us when our flight landed. It was absolutely perfect for our needs for the week. When our MEARS bus never came to get us I called in and let them know our return would be late and they communicated right away with me that it wouldn’t be a problem. We dropped it back off right where we picked it up. I am very happy we chose Orlando Stroller Rental. If we ever need to rent a stroller again while in Disney, we would absolutely choose them again.

I just wanted to let you know that renting the Liberty Push Chair was a life saver for us. It enabled Sam to save his energy for the fun stuff, not getting from here to there! Highly recommend. I forgot to order a stroller and by the time I was at the airport I tried for “same day delivery”. They had no available drop off times on the website, but had a text number where I could chat with someone. Got an immediate response from THE OWNER. She offered to drop one off that evening and was able to fit into OUR SCHEDULE. I text and asked for a second for a family member and she just added it on and delivered that as well.

This company amazing and the customer service was top notch. For pickup, they were 30 minutes early which worked better with my schedule. I would absolutely recommend Orlando Strollers for all your rental needs.

Shannon, Just wanted to let everyone out there know that Orlando Stroller Rentals is definitely the way to go ! Like many families, we didn’t want to deal with the hassle of trekking through an airport with a double stroller. We also didn’t want to rent the hard plastic strollers that they offer at the parks (which can be extremely pricey !) That is why we decided to rent from you on our recent visit to Disney. We rented the double City Mini and absolutely loved it ! Our kids (ages 4 and 2 ) were always comfortable in it and loved that they were able to fully recline in it.

I liked that it had a mesh breezeway to keep them cool while they were sleeping. I also loved that this stroller fit through every doorway we encountered and turned on a dime. We loved it so much that we are even considering replacing our own double back home with the City Mini ! Also, I’d like to thank you for delivering the stroller right to our hotel. It was there when we checked in as promised ! We opened it up and started using it right away and continued to use it right up until our car service picked us up for our return trip home. We absolutely loved our stroller from Orlando Stroller Rentals! The pick up and drop off was so convenient, happening right outside the lobby of our Disney Resort. All my emailed questions were answered quickly and communication was easy.

I have a 3 and 5 year old and the Double MiniCity GT was perfect! The stroller was in amazing condition. My kids rode in style and comfort for the week, and all our belongs fit great in the underneath storage. We will definitely be renting again on our next trip!

This stroller service was a life saver! Thank you so much for providing drop-off and pick-up at the hotel. We noticed a lot of the strollers in Disney had wobbly wheels. We had absolutely no problems. Your service is more reasonable than the parks and your strollers are of a higher quality than those hard plastic Disney strollers. My kids easily napped in the stroller because the seats reclined to the flat position. The sun shade was great too. It covered almost their entire body. Stroller folds compactly and we had no problems on the buses, even when we had to stand. Plus the storage on the back and underside made toting the kids’ stuff to and from the parks easy.

Hi Shannon, Thank you so much for the great service. The stroller rental was wonderful and so easy! The stroller was ready for us at the front desk of our resort and we started using it right away. We have 2 children, ages 2 and 4, and I couldn’t imagine using any other stroller. We have several pictures of the kids resting with the sun-shades and napping throughout the day. It was so easy to lay them back and let them sleep comfortably, which, as you know, helped everyone thoroughly enjoy our vacation.

Our kids loved being able to sit next to one another, versus our sit and stand that we have at home. We had no problems using the stroller in the parks or folding it for the trip back to the resort. Several others asked about the stroller and were very impressed. The price was so reasonable, given the expense and style of the Disney stroller rentals compared to the comfort and quality of the City Mini. On a side note, I couldn’t imagine renting a park stroller and carrying my sleeping babies back to the resort at the end of the day. The comfort and storage space in the stroller allowed for us to spend more time in the parks than we had originally anticipated.

Just wanted to share what a great experience my family had with the Orlando Stroller Rental. We stayed at Disney for 6 days over Christmas. The parks were very busy and hard to get around with a double stroller. However, when it came to the stroller parking area’s, all the stroller look alike (rented from Disney). It was great to see 100-200 gray strollers with name tags on the back and then in a second I could find my orange double stroller, rented by OSR. Not to mention that the rental cost was so much less than Disney and so much easier than bringing my own.
