Reserve a Stroller for your WDW Resort and More…

ALL OF OUR STROLLERS ARE WITHIN DISNEY SIZE SPECIFICATIONS 

1. COVID-19 CLEANING PROCESS & PROCEDURES: 

The cleaning process of Orlando Stroller Rentals has always been our #1 priority for our customers since our inception in 2008.  We follow all CDC guidelines to keep our customers and staff safe. We have also been given the "We Have Opened Safely" award for our commitment to safety.  All fabrics on the City Mini & Summit Series Strollers are fully laundered using commercial products.  We also steam all handles, frames, canopies and wheels extensively.  Disinfectant wipes are used on handles prior to delivery to customer.   

All of our Bob Strollers go through a full commercial steaming process from fabric, handles, frame, canopies and wheels.  Disinfectant wipes are used on handles prior to delivery to customer.  

All of our drivers are well versed in social distancing and will be wearing masks and ask that customers please stand back 6 feet as we demonstrate how to use the stroller.  All drivers are equipped with disinfecting wipes as well as anti-bacterial gels in their vehicles.  

It is recommended that customers utilize their own wipes or disinfectant spray on their rental stroller handles throughout their stay.  

 

2. Do you deliver to Disney resorts and what are my other options?

YES, Effective October 1st, 2019, orders placed for delivery or pick at a Walt Dinsey World Resort will require us to meet you in person for the delivery and pick up.  Please select times from our dropdown menu.  We offer the most flexible arrival and departure times to meet your travel needs.

We offer the most options for you to receive and return your Orlando Stroller Rentals stroller. Orlando Stroller Rentals customers can choose from the following:

A. Orlando Inernational Airport - counter is temporarily closed

B. Meet and greet at a Walt Disney World Resort (many times to select)

C. Orlando Stroller Rentals store, located at 3232 Rolling Oaks Blvd in Kissimmee just minutes away from Animal Kingdom. We are open every day from 8am-5pm.

D. Non-Disney owned resorts that are on Disney property are: Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin, Shades of Green, Four Seasons.  These resorts, as well as all other resorts including Unviersal Resorts, will continue to be delivered to the luggage room.

3. Do I need to coordinate a stroller meet and greet at a hotel that is not a Disney resort?

No. When staying at a non Disney hotel your stroller will be waiting for you in the hotel's luggage room or reception area.  You may return to the same location on your last rental day.  This includes Walt Disney Swan and Dolphin.

5. Are the strollers cleaned between use?

Absolutely! It is a top priority of ours to make sure every stroller is thoroughly cleaned for every customer. We use a non-toxic all natural cleaner on our strollers. Shannon (the owner) is a Mom of young ones too, and would only rent strollers that she would want to rent herself.

6. I am staying from Saturday - Saturday. What rental option do I choose?

Simply choose your dates on the calendar and your price is automatically calculated for you.  A Saturday to Saturday rental is considered 4-7 nights.  

7. What can I do to protect my stroller from theft and should I purchase the insurance?

Park your stroller in the designated stroller parking areas. Press the foot lever to lock the back wheels together. Take all personal belongings with you. You may also remove one of the back wheels by pressing a button on the side of the wheel. It is extremely fast and easy to do.  

The insurance covers you from incurring any costs due to theft or damage to the stroller.  While theme parks are generally safe and secure, theft does occur however it is infrequent.   Damage can occur if children are over the recommended weight capacity for each stroller.  A couple of suggestions that we have are to never force the stroller up on to a curb while children are occupying it and please avoid rolling the stroller over the Trolley Track on Main Street USA since the wheels can get caught in them.  

8. Is gratuity for the bell service included in the rental price?

No, it is not included in the rental price. Gratuity is greatly appreciated by all of the hard working bell service staff and delivery drivers.

9. We will be staying at multiple hotels during our stay. How can we notify you of this?

Yes. You may select a delivery hotel and a different return hotel.

10. I really need to have my stroller in my possession past the 11am checkout time. Can I do this?

Being frequent Orlando theme park visitors with children, we understand that sometimes there are late departures. Please choose the stroller return time that best accommodates your travel needs.

11. We are staying at a private residence. Will you deliver the stroller prior to our arrival?

Yes. We do not deliver south of Florence Villa Grove Rd in Davenport. Please be sure to let us know the address of your house rental in the comments section as well as the gate code if necessary. Our delivery range is a 15 min radius of our store.   Use Google Maps to determine approximate distance to ensure you are within 15 minutes.  You may also choose to pick the stroller up at our store located at 3232 Rolling Oaks Blvd. Kissimmee, FL 34747.  If you are unsure if your rental address is within our delivery area, please contact us.  WE DO NOT DELIVER TO HAINES CITY OR LEGOLAND HOTEL.

12. When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card is charged at the time your order is placed. A confirmation email is sent upon order placement.

13. I need to cancel my order. How do I do this?

Please email us at reservations@orlandostrollerrentals.com and let us know that you are cancelling your order. Any cancellation made before 48 hours of the first rental date will be given a full refund. Any cancellation made within 48 hours of the first rental date will be charged a fee of $50.

14. Do you charge a delivery fee?  

Delivery to ALL Orlando theme park resorts/hotels and area residences is free of charge.   You will find during the reservation process a detailed list of hotels.  Choose your location by selecting the hotel in the delivery and return list of resorts. 

15. I have a problem with my stroller. How do I notify you?

Please call us at 800-281-0884 and we will make every effort to replace your stroller in a timely manner. Our number is also located on the tag affixed to the stroller so don’t worry if you forget our number at home.

16. I sent an e-mail and why haven't I received a response?

To make sure our e-mails are not sent into your spam folder, please make sure your inbox is set to receive messages from reservations@orlandostrollerrentals.com.

17. Do the strollers have cup holders and how large is the complimentary cooler?

Yes, ALL of our rentals come with a parent console FREE of charge and we place the six pack size cooler in the center compartment of the parent console. 

18. I am a travel agent booking for my clients. Do you offer incentives to travel agents?

Yes, we offer incentives to travel agents. Please contact Shannon at reservations@orlandostrollerrentals.com to discuss further.

19. Do you offer rain covers?

Yes. We rent rain covers designed to fit the Baby Jogger strollers. They are offered at no charge and If you are interested, please check the rain cover box located in the upper right corner of the stroller reservation page.   Guests will be charged $50 if the rain cover is not returned with the rental stroller.  

20.  Do you offer a military discount or any other discounts?

Yes, thank you for your service.  We offer a $5 credit to military, police and fire personell per stroller rented.  We also offer a multi-stroller credit of $5 per stroller.  Strollers must be rented for the same delivery day and time and same return day and time.   Please call us at 800-281-0884 for your credit or you can place your reservation online and reply to your confirmation with your credit request and we will refund your card.  Thank you!
