We absolutely loved our stroller from Orlando Stroller Rentals! The pick up and drop off was so convenient, happening right outside the lobby of our Disney Resort. All my emailed questions were answered quickly and communication was easy.

I have a 3 and 5 year old and the Double MiniCity GT was perfect! The stroller was in amazing condition. My kids rode in style and comfort for the week, and all our belongs fit great in the underneath storage. We will definitely be renting again on our next trip!

Highly recommend Orlando Stroller Rentals. Pick up and drop off was easy and convenient at the lobby of our hotel. Justin was very friendly and communication was great. The Bob double stroller we rented was clean and worked great for our trip, loved that we could recline the seats so our girls could nap and the covers provide lots of shade. It was easy to steer and fold up. The underneath compartment was great for storing our valuables and purchases. Rain cover came in handy when we had a very rainy day at AK. The provided cooler was handy to take water bottles and perishables. Will definitely use this company for stroller rentals in the future!

Our stroller had a bit of an issue, and they immediately brought us a new stroller within 15 minutes – it was amazing, and we can’t thank them enough for their amazing customer service. You chose a wonderful stroller models (we rented both the double and the single City Mini strollers)! They maneuvered so well and was a lovely size for both the 1 year old and the 3 year olds. The color was great, it really stood out in the stroller parking areas. It folded up so nicely and easily we had no problems on the buses. We had plenty of storage for our snacks and layers of clothes. I wish there were available cup holders, but we survived without. *grin* I am going to tell every one I know to rent from you — a real bargain and a class act company!!

Ms. Tanner, I am writing to thank you for helping make our week in Walt Disney World a truly magical experience. Thanks to your company’s great service, our little girls—ages 3 & 5—cruised in comfort and style, both inside and outside the parks. Your service was quick, easy and a real bargain! I arrived on 6 Dec I arrived at the Old Key West Resort and the double stroller was waiting in the baggage center with my family’s name on it and we were off.

All week long: from Animal Kingdom to Epcot; from Downtown Disney to the Magic Kingdom ; from Old Key West Resort to the Hollywood Studios and Boardwalk, I took the stroller everywhere and my girls never had a meltdown. They even took naps in it! On 13 Dec, I simply returned the stroller to the Old Key West Baggage Center and that was it! You took care of everything! Thank you again for your wonderful service. Not only do I plan on renting from you again, I’ve already recommended you to a friend travelling to the World in January 2009.

I just wanted to send a quick email to say thank you for the wonderful service you provide to family’s with young children vacationing at Disney World. We rented a Citi Mini double stroller for our week long vacation, and it was one of the best decisions we made for our vacation. The stroller was at our resort when we got there just as you said it would be, it worked wonderfully for our three year old and 18 month old, and was easy to transport on the resort shuttles. Our kids loved the stroller so much they have asked if we can buy our own now that we are home. Since we have been back I have told several people about our experiences with your company, made recommendations to people with younk kids who are planning vacations in Orlando, and will continue to sing the praises of the services you provide to all who would benefit from it.
