Frequently Asked Questions

1. Are your strollers cleaned before use? Absolutely! It is a top priority of ours to make sure every stroller is thouroughly cleaned for every customer. We use a non-toxic all natural cleaner on our strollers. Shannon (the owner) is a Mom of young ones too, and would only rent strollers that she would want to rent herself.

2. I am staying from Saturday - Saturday. What rental option do I choose? We consider a Saturday - Saturday rental to be a 7 night rental, so you would select the 4-7 night rental option. Count the number of nights you need the stroller and that is the rental option you would choose.

3. What can I do to protect my stroller from theft? Park your stroller in the designated stroller parking areas. Press the foot lever to lock the back wheels together. Take all personal belongings with you. You may also remove one of the back wheels by pressing a button on the side of the wheel. It is extremely fast and easy to do.

4. Is gratuity for the bell service included in the rental price? No, it is not included in the rental price. Gratuity is greatly appreciated by all of the hard working bell service staff.

5. Do I need to be present when the stroller is delivered? No. If you are staying at a hotel, we will deliver the stroller to the bell service/luggage room at your hotel. Once you arrive, you can give your name to the bell service desk and let him/her know you have a stroller that was rented through Orlando Stroller Rentals.  On your last rental day, simply return the stroller to the bell service/luggage room. The stroller will be tagged with your name along with Orlando Stroller Rental's name.

6. We will be staying at multiple hotels during our stay. How can we notify you of this? Yes.  You may select a delivery hotel and a different return hotel.

7. I really need to have my stroller in my possession past the 11am checkout time. Can I do this? Being frequent Disney World visitors with children, we understand that sometimes there are late departures. We will make every effort to accommodate your needs during this time. 

8. We are staying at a private residence. Will you deliver the stroller prior to our arrival? Yes. Please be sure to let us know the address of your house rental in the comments section. We will drop off the stroller(s) prior to 4PM unless prior arrangements have been made.

9. When will my credit card be charged? Your credit card is charged at the time your order is placed. We use PayPal, a secure credit card payment center. Unlike other merchants, we never see your credit card number or keep it on file. A confirmation email is sent upon order placement.

10. I need to cancel my order. How do I do this? Please email us at orlandostrollers@att.net and let us know that you are cancelling your order. Any cancellation made within 7 days of the rental date will be charged a fee of $50. Any cancellation made before 7 days of the rental date will be given a full refund.

11. Do you charge a delivery fee? Delivery to Disney resorts and Disney area hotels/residences is free of charge.

12. I have a problem with my stroller. How do I notify you? Please call us at 800-281-0884 and we will make every effort to replace your stroller in a timely manner. Our number is also located on the tag affixed to the stroller so don’t worry if you forget our number at home.

13. What are the weight limits on the strollers? The manufacturer's recommended weight limits are: single stroller is 50 pounds, double stroller is 100 pounds, and sit and stand is 40 pounds for the front seat and 50 pounds for the rear seat or platform.*Use the platform or rear seat only with a child who is able to get on and off without help and is able to hold onto the handgrips (approximately 2½ years old).

14. I sent an e-mail and why haven't I received a response? To make sure our e-mails are not sent into your spam folder, please make sure your inbox is set to receive messages from orlandostrollers@att.net.

15. Do the strollers have cup holders? To keep our strollers in a very clean condition, we do not offer the Baby Jogger cup holder attachment. There are pouches on the backs of the seats of the Baby Jogger strollers to store closed water bottles, drinks, and other containers.

16. I am a travel agent booking for my clients. Do you offer incentives to travel agents? Yes, we offer incentives to travel agents. Please contact Shannon at orlandostrollers@att.net to discuss further.

17. Do you offer rain covers? Yes. We rent Baby Jogger rain covers designed to fit the Baby Jogger strollers. The total price is $10.70 (includes tax) for your entire rental period. If you are interested, please check the rain cover box located in the upper right corner of the stroller reservation page.
 
18. What are the difference between the City Mini and City Classic double strollers?
The Classic double stroller weighs 10 pounds more and is bulkier than the Mini when it is folded since the tires are bigger. The bigger tires make the stroller push easier. The Classic has an adjustable handlebar. The Classic will provide about ½" more room in the seating area. 
 
19.  Can I leave my stroller every night with the bell service instead of bringing it to my room? No, please have your stroller with you when you return to your hotel room.  It is a courtesy of the hotels that our strollers are delivered to and picked up from their luggage rooms.  The strollers must remain with you over night during your vacation.
